Yaji Spice Shipping and Return Policy

Welcome to Yaji Spice. This Shipping and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through our website yajispice.com. 

SHIPPING POLICY 

Shipping is typically $6.99 for orders under $50 to the 48 contiguous US states (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Overseas Territories). To qualify for free shipping, order above $50.  

Processing can take 1-3 business days. After a product has shipped, it typically takes 2-6 days. 

RETURNS POLICY 

At Yaji Spice, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.  Please see below for more information on our return policy.  

Return Eligibility 

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached (must be in unopened, unused condition).   

Please note: 

• We will accept a return of your order within 30 days of the date of the order if returned in its original condition.    
• We cannot accept a return if any seal on the product has been broken or damaged.    

• You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.     
• When returning the order to us, please provide us with a tracking number and ensure you obtain a receipt and package ID for the return from the delivery company.     
• The exception is defective or incorrect products – please see process below 

Defective or Incorrect Products 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.  Please contact us at customerservice@yajispice.com. 

Return Process 

• To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at customerservice.com. 
• Provide your order number and reason for return. 
• Follow the instructions provided by our team to return your product. 

Refunds 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us. 

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY  

We are able to cancel your order if you let us know within 24 hours of placing it.
