Veggie Suya

Serve as a Veggie dish, a side dish or an accompaniment

  • 150 gms Mixed vegetables
  • ½ Onion – diced
  • 15 gm Suya Grill Rub
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • Garlic Salt to taste

For added texture and bite:

  • 100 gms boiled whole grain wheat (al denté)

Cooking Steps:

Ready under 10 mins
  • Microwave mixed vegetables for 2 mins
  • Put oil in a pan, medium heat, add onions sweat for 2 mins
  • Add vegetables, stir and cook for 2 mins
  • Spread Suya Grill Rub liberally over vegetables, cook for 2 min
  • Season with Garlic salt to taste and serve
